STARSHIELD is on both the front and rear of this car, a $995 option. This is a 2-owner , 2006 Lotus Exige, factory equipment, no after-market nightmares. There were only about 360 made of this car. In time, I feel this is a great investment but selling because I have 5 other cars that need my attention. Excellent gas mileage, about 21/25 mpg easy. I will keep this simple because she is basically a perfect ride. I have all the receipts since purchasing earlier this year including my own bill of sale. She has brand new front brake pads (2/11/14), 4 brand new tires (225/45/R17 - ultra grippy TOYO PROXES R888 tires - far better than rock hard and poor in rain ADVAN's), that were $1, 073.46 installed) plus new alignment (7/18/2014) - not even 200 miles on these 4 tires. Full synthetic oil just changed and serviced at Motorcars of GA on 6/13/14. She runs even better than she looks and there is barely a nick on her if you can find one. No dents or dings (Fiberglas body) and no visible scratches. It is almost showroom new. You will not be disappointed. My feedback speaks for itself. Engine is not the "S' version, but the standard 190HP version, factory tuned, unchanged. Honestly, the extra horsepower makes almost zero difference, this car flies and revs high. Seats are nearly flawless, no rips, tears or bolster WEAR. This is likely due to the fact that you sort of slide into the seat or plop yourself into them, not really requiring wear on the bolster. ODOMETER, (See picture 12: Two stickers with Lotus symbol) - currently the dash shows about 9, 000 miles largely because the 6, 000 other miles were under lotus dash recall. It registers total miles in the computer, but as you see it the car appears to have under 9, 000 miles. The mileage is dead on correct at around 15, 000 but again, stickers by lotus account for the missing 6, 000. The odometer went out at 2, 600, then again at around 5, 000. Each time they replaced it. Dash has been error free since the second fix and logged the 8, 000 shown miles. It is not odometer roll back, it is not games, it was a problem inherent to Exige's from this year and how Lotus fixed the issue. It racks mileage normally now, but again, you will see the 9000+ mark when you stare at it. Gas meter and all gauges work - no lights on. No windshield cracks. Black leather wrapped shift knob and center console area is similar to a "Lotus California" although absent the side pocket. They rarely don't much inside a Lotus so this is a nice touch, also feels much better on the legs in tight quarters. Many Exiges do not have leather in the middle. Original Window Sticker showing the car to be exactly $58, 545.00 will be included with sale and it is very rare to see an original window sticker on ANY Exige. It obviously shows every option on the car. GPS/CD player (single) This car has 2 working key fobs with alarm. Power windows and door locks. Custom Made Cover that was $350 included with this sale.
